Find your tracking number – it’s in our dispatch confirmation email, sent when we ship your order.

Typical timeline

Processing & dispatch: 1–3 business days

Standard UK delivery: 4–8 working days after dispatch

Tracking email: Sent as soon as your parcel ships. Please check your spam or junk folder just in case.

Order status glossary

Processing – We’ve received your order and are preparing it.

Dispatched / Shipped – Your parcel has left our warehouse and tracking is available.

In transit – Your parcel is with the courier and on its way to you.

Out for delivery – Your parcel is expected to arrive today.

Delivered – The courier has marked your order as delivered.
